Shipping prices
Are calculated with the latest prices from Royal Mail and our Courier
Delivery Schedule
All MAINLAND UK ORDERS, Options for Royal Mail and Courier are available at Check Out. All orders will be shipped at the first available slot if ALL items are IN-STOCK and AVAILABLE for DISPATCH this excludes CABLE ASSEMBLIES.
Any cables ordered with fitting of connectors will be dispatched As Soon As Possible
upon the receipt of order, this allows us to make and test the
cables.
If connectors or Cable is out of stock we will contact you As Soon As Possible from receipt of order to inform you of this.
Please make sure that once we have emailed you with a dispatch notification that there is
some one at the address to receive the parcel(s).
Saturday Delivery (ENGLAND & WALES ONLY). This option is available at extra cost of £20. If you do need a Saturday Delivery PLEASE contact us on +44 01226 754222 to confirm Items are available from stock and confirm the Saturday option on the phone.

Returns Policy
Diode Communications have a warranty and returns policy for all items EXCEPT CABLE and CONNECTORS!! IF YOU ARE UNSURE of what you need PLEASE contact us and we will help with your purchase as much as possible. If for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, in the first instance please contact us
using the support area of this web site.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order the item(s)for you. ANY ORDERS with outsatnding items can be held until items are in stock OR if you wish we can ship the item(s) that are in stock and forward out of stock items as soon as they arrive into stock.
